NO Job security, No proper training to employees, Its a start up culture, Senior Management and HR not open for the feedback, Process are not aligned, Senior Leaders don't guide at all.

You will get good support from higher level(even from CEO). You can express you views and ideas towards product very freely and friendly manner. Great teams to work.

Because of it's product based company, you have to update yourself. No hands on work of current on-demand technologies which suits your profile.

The company culture that values the people and the sense of belonging to a family is something that I love most in this company. Supporting bosses, helpful colleagues, great team spirit sums it up.

The product team is in different time zone and sometimes it can be challenging when we need them due to last minute emergencies but they have not started work.
