Zero professionalism. They hired my junior & let him off in just 1 month along with more than 20 employees(no one from management or business team) in a day stating the reason that company is facing financial problem due to lack of funding.

Working at Getmega feels like a Time-pass work. There's no job security, the company will put your name down once your tenure will complete like 3 months or an year + There's no work culture as their is no physical workplace. It's just a work from home process. Top-Management is absolutely out of communication with their employees. Management doesn't know even if you're working or chilling. Use of bad managerial strategies to promote the app is a red flag. It's a 6 day work from home process from 10 AM to 6PM. They even told us to change the company name on Linkedin.

Dislikes

No job security and no proper communication with the top management with their employees even when everyone is working from home.

Very helpful teammates. Flexible timings in WFH. Office hour is 7-4 PM (saves the evenings, that’s awesome)

Dislikes

Company’s financial health. A little unorganised working culture (that’s common in every startup).
