... the headquarter Jaipur supported us. Neither the management or not the HR team.Neither Identity Card (I Card) was provided nor Salary slip was given during the tenure of 5 months. And after 4-5 months, in the last month of January, it was said that you are being terminated by saying that Gurgaon office is going to be closed while still Gurgaon office is open. Neither did they send us any written mail nor did they speak on a direct call, what kind of HR hearacry is this. They terminate us without any notice over the mail and without any reason.We are still not able to join another company because today only we have got our relieving letter after 2 months even though we are dismissed but any company as per as policy after 45 days Experience letter would have been received Is. And till now they haven't even given salary slip, I contacted Ms Rupali who is the HR here many times but she also postponed every time no one is listening to us. Even before this, we have worked in many institutions, have experience of 3-4 years, we never got to face such.Because of these we are unemployed from 31st January because no company will hire us without experience letter or salary slip of previous company which they haven't provided us yet. Our economic condition is bad, due to being unemployed, I am going through many problems, for which only and only these institutions are responsible and the HR team here is in line with them.Now I want to tell you all about the CEO of the company Mr. Praveen Sharma, I think he should go into politics instead of running the company because what he is doing is just politics. They play with our emotions, our work and our lives. If you want your future to be good. So please don't go to future+tek = futuretek. Thanks Dheeraj Kumar

They will provide ur offer letter after 50 days Properly take ur signature in every legal documents. Iwhen ever u ask for traing mr. Sharma will tell u Apko chinna padta hai kaam .... Common we are here to learn something want to do some productive thing... But shuruat k 20 din to apka logo ka mu takne me he nikal jayenge.. In k kcch chaatu log hain jinko ye har dusre mahine me promotions de dete hain par jo log kaam karte hain karna chahte hain unko ye politics kar k story banane k nikal dete hain. There are no team leads in any of the department. You're on your own. No KT will be given, no training, no documents, no emailing. unprofessional work ethics... Seniors themselves rely on the internet most of them don't have any coding knowledge... just copy paste. There are literally seniors who can't even write a program to check if no is even or odd.. and pretend like they are genius. Street like environment not a single thing is systematically done... Macchi market Hr won't support you Ms rupali can't even speak 1 sentence in English properly and thinks she's a professional..she doesn't know what Help means. very unprofessional and rude and lacking in knowledge how an HR works You'll feel like slave if you work here. Surprised how the company is still functioning.
