Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Nothing to be specific. You will have too much work load so while tackling that you might learn some new technologies and skills.

Dislikes

Everything. First of all, they don't pay salary on time. They don't have a work culture. They need everything to be done right away. Development team is very small in size. So you'll always have to stretch your work hours. You won't have a work life balance here. On top of that, you'll constantly go through a fear that anyday the company might shutdown. If you decide to leave this place, they'll make your life hell and will let you suffer a lot.
