Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I didn’t like anything about this company because the owner of this company Mr. Rahul shut down everything without any notice and he also stopped receiving calls.

Dislikes

Because the owner didn’t give salary & he also stopped all company operations without any prior notice. He is not picking calls, not even responding on WhatsApp.
