The company give me a great opportunity and l AM learning more about how to work and give a customer quality products and correct timing ..my teammates are really helpfull and all are working perfectly and give to respect what iam saying .The work environment is good and travel,food all to arrange company so is more comfortable...

Gestamp company is one of the best base of all employees and trainee. Gestamp had maintain gurukulam training for all employee and trainees.gestamp strictly followed safety rules

...king about what are likes about this company, so I found two, 1) water facility. 2) salary credited date 31St. Otherwise no any additional facilities.

Talegaon plant's top management ran off, also more projects are taking without any completion full proof, no satisfaction no any work life balance, whole machinery was taken from scratch and assembled and started producing, lot of issues.

There is a lot of issues, salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 2 yrs, on the neem training completed certificate is not giving properly for trainees
