Rather than dislike I would like to mention as improvement areas 1.Strong steps and quick decisions needed to transform organisation. 2.Every employee feedback and expression to be psychologically evaluated accordingly actions to be taken 3. Skill to identify gaps and improvement areas among employees is required. Once we identified gaps accordingly trainings to be organised. No meaning organising training without proper goals. 4. Cultural related trainings like GMP, safety , importance of pharma and behavioural training should be effective. I do this type of trainings in the early morning 5 am before 1st shift start. This brings importance in the team. Senior management presence is must. Normally it happens once in 6 months. Later we can extend . This will transform the organisation culture and importance . 5. Pharma culture to be developed
