...y early morning 3:00 am and then very next day also the same will be continue Even it's one year after resignation ,just now only I came to know that they haven't transferred my PF to PF office which was deducted from my salary

1) PF which deducted from my salary has not transferred to PF account 2) horrible closing for 3-4 days daily 18 hours

My Organisation is gave clearity on how we start our field work there is an proper SOP is provided to all , and also Company has increased Mediclaim amount to 5 lac for Covid cases thats really appriciated.

Need more clearity on which parameters Appraisals are done so one can improve on these parameters which inturn beneficial to Organisation also.

Coordination and cooperation among the team members help you to learn fast ..appraisal process is transparent and methodical. The company is in league with latest market trends in use of technology.

quiet hectic.. growth prospect is there but slow.

German remedies company is a very good company. In this company I have learned a lot.. They are trained me well., about how to work in field and how to sell their company's products in a good manner, and over all a good company

The work pressure is high, German remedies company not giving any second chance if you mistakenly did wrong in feild, ( if a person experienced or presher)
