Salary is descent but growth is slow. Good for short term. No scope to move to higher positions, as roles are stagnant as it is supporting to foreign company. Rewarded based on count of years rather than performance. Instead of heading with new ideas, one need to stick to his boss plan. More loss, than to gain knowledge.
