It's is good construction company where you get the salary in time. In COVID, they paid all employees and contractors without any deduction. Hats of the owners!!

Now a days, the top -middle management changed and there is turbulence in the work culture. Typical high expectations without resources. Means binding hands and legs they want employees to swimm.

1. Poor HR dept 2. Decision making authority not as per other organisations 3. Need to take approval for smallest things 4. Too much meeting culture 5. Less payoffs compared to workload

...tion towards the Growth. the superior are talented and helping nature as always. Gera is Excellent in terms of Pay and never failed to do timely salary, promotions, appraisals in anyways. Gera arranges skill developmental training programmes which helps all category peoples to develop the skills and implement in professional career to deal with internal & external customers.

Dislikes

Gera doesn't allow few Cultural festive holidays such as Dussehra, Gudhi Padwa, Christmas, Holi etc. which i dont like.

Policy is no match for an MNC.. minimum 9 hours work culture, if you are late or leave early treated as half day.. very limited leaves, not even on 1st Jan
