Appraisal and increment, low salary, for freshers or new joinees first appraisal cycle is longer hence they need to work for 2year on same salary which i felt unfair.

Only salary they paid before month end. Believe many people stay in rented houses. So may be the management is concerned more about the roof than employee growth.

This organisation believes in favoritism. If you are not favorite then they just ask you to leave the organisation. If you try to change anything or implement any rules or regulations...then its guaranteed that you are out of the office. Rules to be followed by only some. Favorites are given the flexibility and liberty as per their wishes. Nobody cares after you joining. Everything you only need to get things in place. Not a tall process oriented. If you are process driven it will be very difficult for you to survive. Lot of dirty politics with toxic people and environment.

...rcing analysts, etc are treated unjustly and evaluated using a different metric. These elitist upper management folks are ready to drop insane amount on top b scholl grads so they can inflate their billings to the client but are very hesitant to give a proper or a decent salary to backend folks, have witnessed this first hand, discrimination is jarring. They literally have a different floor for these "top b scholl grads", whereas common backend folks have a different floor for them. The salary they pay to process associates are less than a delivery guy. Just for the sake of experience they will exploit young individuals to any extent. Also, they will not promote you for atleast 2 years, some oppressive rule to increase their attrition rate intentionally so they can hire fresh meat again at a much lower cost. Overall, my experience was nothing less of a roller coaster ride, most of the time was depressed due to such low salary, couldn't even afford basic necessities through this job. My health had taken a toll, was very suicidal during my last days in this company. However, was able to clear my head and take this experience as a lesson on which type of company and working environment to avoid, now i am at a better place, both mentally and physically. Hope these guys have a closer look and pay a good compensation to these backend folks, afterall these backend folks represents more than 50% of their workforce.
