Only salary they paid before month end. Believe many people stay in rented houses. So may be the management is concerned more about the roof than employee growth.

This organisation believes in favoritism. If you are not favorite then they just ask you to leave the organisation. If you try to change anything or implement any rules or regulations...then its guaranteed that you are out of the office. Rules to be followed by only some. Favorites are given the flexibility and liberty as per their wishes. Nobody cares after you joining. Everything you only need to get things in place. Not a tall process oriented. If you are process driven it will be very difficult for you to survive. Lot of dirty politics with toxic people and environment.

Excellent work culture, great support during covid like extra sick leaves, free insurance, regular check in, free vaccines. Etc.

Dislikes

...etent sometimes, play politics for promotions and hike is very less for juniors. No hike till 1.5 years for new joiners.

Salary hike is less HR business partner not supportive Developer doing a testing for other developed feature They are implemented QA less enviroment

... the last working day of previous company, so you will be jobless for some days. They won't be providing you the compensation for the delayed joining. After joining you'll keep Getting warnings about being fired, too much work with less time, almost need to work every weekend, and 12+ hours daily. Environment is always down but need output.

The pay scale is good for new employees as well as campus recruits

Dislikes

Work life balance cannot be achieved because of poor management. The same work has to be repeated. Change of technology is only granted verbally and never actually.
