The work culture, environment is very good. Company is employee centric and focused on employees issues and concerns

The salary is not good. If you are getting good pay and you are satisfied then great place to work. But, the salary is generally less and year on increment is very low.

- Salary is less compared to industry average - appraisals (3 -7% annually) - wfh policies are not the same across the org

GEP working culture is really very good. Work life balance will definitely get in this organization and well supportive and motivated friends and managers. Most important thing I like in Gep is 360 degree review process hence no senior will behave badly with the junior.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not up to the market and they already hire sometime a employee with less than market salary.

Appraisal and increment, low salary, for freshers or new joinees first appraisal cycle is longer hence they need to work for 2year on same salary which i felt unfair.

Hr do not co ordinate with you, never reply back will never assist after onboarding is done. Over work, no Job satisfaction. Do not allign you as per your work experience. Not a suggestion to join.
