Timings are little flexible, my slot is 11 to 8pm. You can go & come little late. Managers won't pressure you so much. You can learn from seniors very much. Atmosphere is very good. Events like Sports, other stuff are conducted. We can enjoy if we form a good batch.

Dislikes

They remove people suddenly without any reason and say it's because of cost cutting, my joining batch had 2 lay offs within a year.

- Salary is less compared to industry average - appraisals (3 -7% annually) - wfh policies are not the same across the org

Likes

GEP working culture is really very good. Work life balance will definitely get in this organization and well supportive and motivated friends and managers. Most important thing I like in Gep is 360 degree review process hence no senior will behave badly with the junior.

Dislikes

Appraisal is not up to the market and they already hire sometime a employee with less than market salary.

Appraisal and increment, low salary, for freshers or new joinees first appraisal cycle is longer hence they need to work for 2year on same salary which i felt unfair.

There's Nothing i like about this organisation

...vel are leaches they will suck your blood and throw you out whenever they want . No home drop facility from organisation you have to pay for your own cab which is deducted from your salary that to even after paying they doesn't provide home drop for boys before 11 pm even after paying money. I had to change 3 trains to reach to company but they do not care about employees they fill there own pockets. No night allowance are given even if your shift ends at 3 am and no free cab are provided for home drop.
