None, idk why GEP keeps bragging about their work culture. Many companies out there have much better culture.

Dislikes

Managers in sales are very strict. Salary hike is just like 5% every 6months and then they brag about giving increments twice a year. They micromanage to an extent where they listen to the calls of sales rep. Europe sales team is a toxic place btw so is US team. Can't leave office early on any day, otherwise managers give very subtle taunt the next day. Growth rate is very damn slow. Promotions are only given to the favourite ppl of the managers. Once you leave the company, you will not even get your incentives, company will not give you. Toxicity at its peak!

The work culture is toxic No job security you can be asked to leave anytime even after your probation period is over Unrealistic expectations I feel like I’ve to report to total 3 people not just my manager My opinions don’t matter nor are even considered unless one of those 3 people later realises but I never get the credit for voicing my opinion

Bad compensation, less growth and even if you are promoted there is nothing additional what you have to deliver it’s the same thing with increased targets (even if you become a Team Lead). Leadership within SDR just plays blame game and doesn’t take stand for the SDR team. Too much partiality for people who pampers the leaders. Too much Micromanagement

Gep is really good organization working culture is very good over amazing part is 360 degree reviews. Promotion and appraisal is not upto the mark need to struggle more for that. As per the knowledge part and projects handling and client handling was a great experience for me. Apart from work social activity and fun was also best part of the organization.

Dislikes

Parental Mediclaim insurance is not free over here getting cut from our salary and in that also their is copayment of 10 percent. Salary is not as per the current market standard appraisal and promotion process is good but figure as equal are bad. Else really good organization for work.

The work culture, environment is very good. Company is employee centric and focused on employees issues and concerns

The salary is not good. If you are getting good pay and you are satisfied then great place to work. But, the salary is generally less and year on increment is very low.
