There is no job security. We can never think of growth in this company untill you are boss's relative. You never get your field allowance on time, and that's very disappointing because you work for what for money right? And whT happens when you don't get paid on time when you actually/desperately need your payment. There is no work-life balance at all because you never get leaves when you ask until it's someone's death from your family or some terrible incident. You will not get any appointment letter, you won't get any banking statement which you are obliged to get from you office itself, instead they will question you why what when and in the end they will say no need go do your job. Many more things but one thing for sure, this company is highly unprofessional 100%
