Lack of stock maintaining of fast moving parts or what sales person need from market or what he sale easily not maintaining. Allways demotivate sales person . Never support sales person by comming in marker with him after so many requests by salesman not giving positive leads to salesman. Not allowed to use siniours influence or good relations party's to generate New products sale. Not allowed to support other salesman to develop new product
