Low salary compared to work pressure, exhaust you pay low salary you have to spend your own money for travelling then beg them for reimbursement project came m.d happy if lost no guarantee ,Hr reduce one-hour salary if one minute late deduct half day salary if you late by 15 minutes that makes m.d very happy
