Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Overall experience in Geolife Agritech is good. Supporting teammates, Seniors & Managers. There is no politics within team. One can learn a lot here. Work environment is good.

This company is very good for beginners and they can stay here for long term. Here office politics is zero and management is involved with micro management. Compensation is based on how you perform and nepotism is at higher rate, However if you have potential, you can easily overcome this. Overall a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Nepotism is the major drawback here. When management compliments their inexperienced newbies for growth, it is their fortune that experienced people who actually work, do not take it offensively.

The values of company, their belief of not letting anyone go simply. The culture of speaking in good tone with everyone. Let you do & support in bringing changes, if you can convince the management team.

Dislikes

Too much work & not giving the right candidate- right remuneration. Nothing extra for extra ordinary performance.
