Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

We will get salary on time of the month end, we don't have to worry about getting salary, if we are in headquarters we can get lunch also, and some managers very friendly.

Everyone tries to complete their work between 9.30 AM and 6.30 PM

Dislikes

...ning only I came to know that even the manager doesn’t have permission for that. Salary structure is a scam, they deduct an amount from the gross CTC and tell us that we will get it at the end of the financial year based on the performance. Which we won’t get. Salary is full on deduction. After the first month only I came to know that is same as the salary I received 2 years before.
