...- If you argue on something which is not correct they simply start ignoring you. • No Salary Hikes, at the time of my joining the HR told me that I will get my appraisal after 6 Month, but when I asked for my appraisal after 6 month, my manager says that we changed our policy and now appraisals are given after 1 year of completion, and even after completing 1 year, you will struggle a lot for your appraisal, it is possible that you will not get your appraisal at all.

Not a single employee is happy with the organisation, after many reminders they credit salary on the account, when you left the company, company will not provide your last 2 months salary.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
