Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

When i was go for an interview they told 2 years bond and tha salary was 7500 and increment for each 6 month but once I signed in bond and submit my 10th and 12th orginal cirtificate they did not provide my salary in correct time .And I was worked past one year in that company till now they did not provide my two months salary. And they didn't pick my call.They told increment in every 6 month didn't believe that.

Don't believe what they told. Thay are not consider about employees welfare and salary you have to simply work.
