Except salary they offered which I have asked, nothing much to speak about.

Dislikes

1. No Ethics to the management - Directly Hire and Fire without notice without discussing with you. 2. Delay in sending joining letters. (even after 1 month of my previous company NP, I did not get joining letter here) 3. They hire for employees count increment sake. 4. Lack of management skills to the Team Leaders. 5. There is no First chance. Have to prove yourself in the 0th chance only. 6. Single sided(Biased) decisions of the management by listening to incapable reporting manager. 7. Troubling in the BGV of the later company. 8. Making settlements. 9. Irresponsive while we contact them. *Not one or 2. Everywhere it is a foolish organization to join in. Don't waste your time to join here. All these reviews are begged ones, not genuine ones.

Likes

Enjoy team outings, fun activities, and certification options. Negotiating your package during onboarding is key for a good pay.

Dislikes

The company operates on a hire-and-fire policy; joining comes with risks, as alignment with your manager's politics is crucial for job security. HR seems ineffective, merely following instructions. Only 1 or 2 major client on which company depends if they pull project it will be disaster.

Flexible work schedule but not enough work, Decent salary but no additional perks/benefits.

Dislikes

Not much room for growth, Centralized management, no clear visibility and suddenly many people can be asked to leave

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that am part of the team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent however the work pressure is little high. We have to attend the status call in the evening some times late into the night.

I'm genuinely thrilled to be associated with Genzeon!This company truly understands work -life balance , which has been a game changer for me.Working home most days allow me to be there for my 2 year old , while also giving me the flexibility to go into the office once or twice in a week for in- person collaboration.This setup has made balancing my personal and professional life much more easier.In addition to that , it promotes growth and learning to explore and upskill across different areas. I highly recommend Genzeon to anyone looking for a balanced , growth oriented and fulfilling work environment.

Honestly , I don't have any major dislikes , but if onboarding /training resources could be enhanced , this might be a helpful suggestion especially for continuous learning and role transitions.
