Good for freshers, for industrial learnings and execution. It is a plateform where freshar can execute his theoretical experience to practical with individually (best thing).

Dissatisfaction regarding salary and promotion criteria is much lesser then other industry.

Company offers a wide range of learning experience. You will get lot of opportunities for your skills development but it's up to you only.

Management is not transparent & doesn't address our issues properly. Career growth is quite decent but salary growth is slow.

...ly. Second opinion is not explored. It indirectly results in loss to company. Extension is granted to such incapable employee and that also at same salary, which results in extra cost to company. They may be negotiated to work at half package 6 day working is another thing i dont like
