Third Class Company to work for. please don't even think of joining. Salary and benefits are very low, only old time employee given more salary. new comer salary is not more than 10 thousand or 12 thousand. all positive rating you see is management favorte employees, please do not trust rating. All company management is with 2 people and they make everyone work on their command. HR is working with management and is old friend of MD so you can imagine level of trust and privacy. they give us few benefits and yearly trip but no growth or promotion not even breakfast for first shift employees. production people are ignored only focus on sale team and pune office team. production manager are of no use as they listen to management and have no tech skills. please avoid joining this company at any location.

Nothing to like third class company to work for, do not work for these poor organization. 6 days work for production, no overtime, no leaves, you work here as a street worker and not technician.

Below market salary, third class benefets, they do not even serve food, tea to employes.Annual incres is 4% to 7%, salaries are very low, even 12,000 for some lab members. Management members enjoy benefits and will teach you motivation and what not. Most employes are terminated from the organization, very poor cultare. No promotion for employees for last 4 years. Worst managment for last 2 year. plz do not join.
