One of the worst company (Gentleman Chit Funds Company (INDIA) Pvt Ltd - Tripunithura Branch) that I have worked so far. The branch manager does't know any thing about chitty operations. He always play games in laptop, and chat with whatsapp. Even the sales rep have no manners and not giving any proper training that how to speak to clients with proper respects. They always collecting money to use worst Malayalam languages. So now a days lots of clients are withdraw money from Gentleman Chits Funds Company (India) pvt ltd (tripunithura branch) .

One of the worst companies that I have worked so far. I am quite amazed by how can a company survive a long 25 years without generating standard operating procedures. I have seen such management, who doesn't have any future goals & vision. Even the top-level management professionals are not aware of how to draft a mail. Even it takes months of time settle the full & final settlement of any resigned employees. I am forced to give a single star rating if the rating system was having a zero star option then without any doubt I will be awarding zero-star ratings. They will not provide any career growth opportunities & learning experience to their employees.
