On time Salary. Flexibility in working hours.

CAB Facilities. Cost cutting (no tissues, half lights and Ac in night shift, no cups for drinking water even for visitors etc) 10 hours shift without increasing your pay. Even after 3 years no promotion. Favouritism No One O One (Closing without even talking) No Learning Managers will push you to login on weekends Etc

They offer a paid cab facility, but there is no travel allowance. The salary and other benefits are very low, almost negligible. For freshers, it's a good opportunity to learn. If you're willing to work for a low salary, then go for it

Job security, work culture, management, Genpact is like a mini govt job..Pay is comparatively less..But nice to work there..In short I love Genpact bcz they value Us..

...er all Genpact is best..I had quit my job bcz for my Kid..I can give 4.5star..0.5 star is just for pay scale

Job security, environment, behaving nicely. Career growth but sometimes only they asked to complete the task not focused on growth

They cut huge part of salary, did not like the management no AC cab, no cold water, only one side cab

Nothing, absent nothing genpact does pay well enough to freshers as well as experienced employees on top of that they have extended the office timings from 9 hrs to 10 hrs. Their cab facility is also as bad as there employee policy
