Pay structure is low comparatively industry standards. No retention policy. They love brain drain. They are happy in hiring high package people but don't increase pay of vintage resources which ultimately results in high attrition.

Poor compensation and benefits, Everyone is running for fake numbers irrespective if something is adding value or not. People on exit don't get fair treatment. While I respect diversity sometimes it impacts the high performers and ignores the performance measures
