My comments are from experience before 23rd March 2020. I.e. before went for WFH. Hike in Salary and bonus is moderate..Transport and cafeteria facility needs improvement.

It is good company for learing. Person can learn lot of thing from Genpact. I have lot of thing from this company and the company is open to innnovation and readily adopts lastest technology.I has global base clint.
