Except the pay. There is nothing negative about Genpact. They should match the salaries with its competitor company.

Genpact is the most employee centric organization I have ever seen. In this pandemic wen every organisation is firing ppl Genpact is supporting it's people and giving salaries on time without any deductions.

Good work culture, great work space. Great helping people if you are lucky.

A little politics here and management dosen't give more values to your issues. The salary and promotion is less. After MT they increase your notice period to 3months so that you don't go to other company easily.

It's very good experience working in Genpact where you can learn many things. I would refer this for entry level jobseekers, it wipl help you gain more knowledge. High job security, high work-life balance.

Dislikes

I feel pay scale is little lesser than the other conpanies, and variable pay structures. Hardly recognises talent and knowledge and efforts.
