It is a pathetic company to start ones career but that’s just the beginning.

Almost everything. Recently in a employee webinar, an employee asked why is pay so terrible when compared to market? Tiger’s (CEO)response was anything but encouraging, He said I see 600-1000 people waiting at Genpact Uppal facility to get a job. Why should I increase the salaries? He couldn’t check Genpact’s attrition rate which is all time pathetic.

Work culture is good. Employee friendly company. Learning platforms are good

Pay structure is low comparatively industry standards. No retention policy. They love brain drain. They are happy in hiring high package people but don't increase pay of vintage resources which ultimately results in high attrition.
