They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. ...r worked in such a dishonest company. Starting with HR, they delay meal tickets. The bonus that managers say we earn, are always paid at least 2 months late. I had a misfortune of horrible, prejudiced manager. He already told us to our face that he doesn't hire homosexual, because they are fragile. He always causes phychological terror with te team, if people don't do what he wants.

Promotion system is pathetic, lot of politics, no growth, no good salary, no transport, no night shift allowance, no family medical coverage, does not matter for them if you work for 1 year or 10 years for them.

I joined as a fresher after my Btech so got an opportunity to learn multiple technologies and can learn so much related to work and can upgrade skills .

Salary packages are quite low when you join as a fresher otherwise they pay good if experienced .
