Everything is excellent except salary or promotion, Salary is very low and promotion also. Work culture and job security is awesome. It's been four at genpact. Working experience was good 👍.

Salary and promotion is not good. For Cab need to pay nevertheless it get only for drop not for pickup for ganral shift.

A friendly environment. Good company for spending time.

Dislikes

No growth, no good salary hike even if you are best performer in project. HR Management is very poor they know how to stretch an issue(May be upper management doesn't allow to speak). Heavy work load although it is depend on your project. Worst thing is they will hire new employees with good salary but they don't promote internally.

... only 30 days training only in which you have to complete your practice as well. And will force you to work on Saturday without pay.

Good work culture and environment. It's always very easy to reach out to your vertical supervisors. Extra curricular activities are always welcome.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Sometimes it gets very difficult to make the management understand about the problem you are facing while working with your supervisor.

Team mates was superb but the management and salary is too worst.

Salary scale and management is too worst otherwise all good no. 1 company in culture and other things but salary and management really very disgusting.
