Some process are at Genpact was horrible that's not the Genpact fault but it's completely unacceptable by internal processes mostly we are working 10 hours per day with out taking any breaks on time

Monopoly of few people, Nothing to Learn, If you join here. you will be stuck without any learning. Do not join in their IT section. You will never be get a chance to grow. Most of the employees are working here atleast for last 15 years which is good and bad both..because 3 months notice period never be compromised. Increment is just a name.

Dislikes

Monopoly Work life balance is zero. Apart from salary ,Nothing for whole team. Lengthy process for small task.

Likes

Having worked for more than 3 yrs . I am sharing my feedback. No increase in salary, only buttering guys will get good compensation and growth. There is boss culture not the leader. Women leaders are more in number and they do not listen to anyone just follow them. Leads feel they are giving salary from their pocket this is how they behave..there is no culture of employees recognition. While I have shared cons below are some pros . Job security, work from home if you have good bonding with Manager.

Dislikes

Boss culture . If you report any incidents agaist your manager , then manager comes to you and will harras you .. No use of survey and feedback from HR , they are just puppets.

Likes

The most attractive thing in Genpact is you will get attention from Management if you are working smarter and taking extra opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary mat be low comparison to others but that also depends upon last take home.
