My experience with Genpact has mostly been positive. They have a fair working policy. The only thing I didn't like is the hike after first year which is not based on performance but is generalised. From second year onwards it's performance based.

No night allowance, low salary

You could develop your skills continuously with company provided training website. Work life balance is good. Internal movement of jobs is so easy only if you complete your role min of 18 months.

Dislikes

Yearly appraisal hike is worst here. If you get promoted from PD to MT, you would get lesser salary than what you use to get in PD - which doesn't make any sense in monetary benefits of getting promoted.

Here, I found decent work culture. And in this pandemic situation, Genpact handle it so smoothly. Hats off to the team and management. They provide all support to all employees, wherever they are.

Some how, it lacks on compensation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There was a time when Genpact was a good employer

The company has changed a lot in last 2 to 3 years , there is no promotions, no salary hikes and no job security. The Management and HR does not care about employees.
