honestly, i depends upon the team you are working with and your managers. Luckily, I had very good team and support from fellow employees. there is good scope of learning. It is true that once you work with Genpact, you can work any where. Good exposure to work.

...orm KPI's. Career growth is slow and it depends of favoritism most of the times. Salary is below the expectations but you get satisfactory incentives based on performance. Work life balance is poor. This is one of the main reasons to leave Genpact for me.

No work life balance, no growth, very bad salary structure, felt like exploitation, don't try working here! You will be exhausted of workplace politics with very low salary package. You will not get anything that you deserve.

Low salary,terrible increment policy, no carrer growth, too much work load, no pay for overtime work, unnecessary pressure, too much politics by supervisor within the team, no recognition/reward for good performance

1. Not a good pay master or salary hike, mostly for internal resources, as compared to external hires 2. Should work on planning right and unbiased parameters of identifying critical resources

Work life balance is great here. Employees are very friendly. Your supervisor will always be there to help you. Very good learning experience for freshers.

Dislikes

salaries are very low. Like not even in par with the basic pay. Shift timings are very odd.
