...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.

...r worked in such a dishonest company. Starting with HR, they delay meal tickets. The bonus that managers say we earn, are always paid at least 2 months late. I had a misfortune of horrible, prejudiced manager. He already told us to our face that he doesn't hire homosexual, because they are fragile. He always causes phychological terror with te team, if people don't do what he wants.

Promotion system is pathetic, lot of politics, no growth, no good salary, no transport, no night shift allowance, no family medical coverage, does not matter for them if you work for 1 year or 10 years for them.

Genpact provides opportunities to fresher to start their careers.

Dislikes

Salary discrimination between old and fresher employees. Genpact not giving increment its employees who are working from last 10 years as comparison to better package offering to fresher employees who are without experience.
