Genpact Customer support technician - Bangalore location. Some people are helpful. They will understand the work pressure you are going through and help you. They knows that other senior agents are not working only doing Boot polish to TL but they can't fight the system.

Dislikes

...agents anything because they are friends. People have applied Genpact culture. They will give bonus to their friends agents not everyone and when you will ask for bonus they will try to find your mistakes. Politics is the worst part in Genpact (project - Intel customer support technician role). They will first talk to you very politely then after your training you have to extend your shift hours to work because senior agents were not available.

For example, when I was severely ill and unable to attend work, I was not only asked for medical proof but was also threatened with salary deductions. After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.

Nothing at all, they don't provide tea also for free. We need to buy it. Even food also. And you will get promotion if you do oiling and buttering to your manager.

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont
