Genpact as a company has great roots and culture. The working environment is great for juniors, since the managers try to provide a platform and offer help whenever needed. Genpact offers good learning opportunities by designing trainings from time to time for all it's employees. Although it is a service based company, and clients play a significant role in the workload, the managers do their best to see to it that employees don't get over burdened with work.

Dislikes

While there are many good things about Genpact, the salary structure and incremental growth structure needs to be updated to stay at par with the latest industry standards. The benefits are also not that great in comparison to other service based companies.

The work culture is great. You will have great balance between you professional and personal life working here. The technologies used are keeping with the industry trend.

The salary and other benefits are relatively lesser as compared to the industry over all.

...s. And making crores from referral amount. HRs are also included in this scam... and then firing outsiders who has no one in company on the name of cost cutting.. if you have no one in Genpact better search for other option... Genpact now is full of corruption, nepotism and politics .

Career wise and learning wose one of the best. Buttering etc is negligible.

... here irrespective of u go to ofve or work frm home. Very poor retention policy. Designations should be more specific and the salary should be hiked/raised accordingly. No bonuses for external certifications.

... If there is lot of work then you will not be allowed to take leave on holiday. Genpact do many cost cutting. No motivation and no celebration of festivals ( No sweets on diwali).No IJP or if there then Manger do not cooperate.

Cost cutting, one employee work for 2 employee. CAB facility is also bad.
