It is a good company, good if u wanna take experience in mnc/bpo. Growth opportunities are available but you have to be aware and consistent on your performance for growth.

Salary is very low , genuinely very low for entry level and similar posts. Everyone has big expectations from mnc but these kind of things ruin the image of the company

Good work environment and culture. I have been working here since 18 months, one can expect job security until and unless you are going beyond company policies. Management support completely depends on the person under whom you are working. There is no audit that happens to check whether the appraisals are accurate as per the data. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair completely depends on the manager.

Dislikes

Promotions , Hikes and Bonus are not up to the mark. And they charge for the transportation(only one way) rs:-800 per month.

On the job training is good. Work environment and culture is nice. Team mates support is great.

...e entire curriculum. Work environment is nice. Satisfaction levels are very low. Coming to compensation there will be more errors than amount to be given.

Managers will never be reachable, neither they will connect with unless there is some escalation. They claim all the internal vacancies filled by resource management team based on the applications received/interview process on IJP portal, but when you apply and call the hiring HR when no updates, they will tell you it was filled internally. This poor management of RMG and leads to job insecurity. People of the same location where the BU RMG is available they get project reassignment easily. If you are on different location where your BU is not available, your career is screwed if on bench. As long as you have project, you survive

If you are performing well, you will fetnew roles and responsibilities, good learning is there additionally culture of organisation is good, one will get more chances enhance skill and knowledge.
