I came from FIS rebatched into Genpact.

...'t give night shift allowance. they don't have can facility for pickup and drop. Very poor salary structure, no hikes, nothing at all. No overtime payment.

They just have a good looking building to be liked.

The worst company I would say. Here are some reasons: 1. Very Low salary as compared to other companies. 2. When employees perform well and many of them start earning good incentives, they start making incentive criteria even more hard for cost cutting. 3. Pathetic management they have. Managers do not have any empathy towards employees and do not care about their career. Some managers are discourteous towards employees. 4. Only one way cab facility for which they deduct amount from the salary. The transport team is also not helpful towards employees and have very rude behaviour. 5. Cafeteria food is pathetic. 6. They do not give any extra pay to employees for overtime and also force employees to work on weekends without any pay.

If you are a fresher definitely you can start your carrier here. Salary and other benefits are lower as compared to others but you can learn and grow up here. Job secrity is highest in industry as they provide IJT portal

...rent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming for chilling Company policy are good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike

Excellent work environment and work culture. Humble management and co operative team mates . Good environment for learning and developing your skills professionally. Salary is lil bit less than other companies but flexible and safe environment mostly for females.

Mostly employees not satisfied with the salary package.
