...ve no complaints with Genpact since the time I have been working there till now. Through this medium, I would like to tell Genpact that if the salary is a little better, then every employee will be able to survive well. According to the way inflation is increasing in life. Dislikes

If we talk about dislikes, then there is nothing disliked. There is just a small problem inside the stomach that if we are talking about transport then there is a little issue in transport. Otherwise everything is ok.There should be a good increment so that every employee can live his life well. The way things are getting expensive, the way people have medical issues, etc.

Likes

The hybrid model, though they keep the peddle pressed even if you are in any crucial situation such as your one of family member is in hospital.. They will still hesitate to give Paid leave.

Salary structure is too low , regardless other companies.

Training is the best part we can grab all the knowledge related to process

They are less salary payers, we cannot get time to spend personally, because most of their process are 24/7 so they may call at any time, they don't give OT.

Likes

Working with genpact is overall good experience... Good working culture, working environment, learning etc.. A person can get good motivation towards work bcoz only due to working atmosphere of this company and management.

Dislikes

Genpact is very less payer.. In terms of monetary terms it is totally pathetic. One can not get satisfaction from the compensation of this company.. Even chances of good percentage of appraisal is very less.

Nothing much but organization provide job security to performer employees at least.

There are multiple things out of which few are ° Low compensation ° No skill development ° No perks ° Bad work life balance ° Mostly night shifts available ° No solution in conflict
