Work culture Iis very good with good work life balance; company policies are very good employees friendly, have internal carrer development & learning modules for all employees; only increments are minimal percentage

The company is shit, don’t fall for it. Lowest paid company ever. If you are a good kicker than perfect for you. Gender biased, culture biased. If I want to take names Bhupi (Mota). He is religion biased guy, only give preference to females and punjabees. I would suggest do not join ever.

The management while hiring you is sweeter than anything, roles are not fixed, its normal for them to put you anywhere within the project or to any other project just like that. Flexible timings are just a saying. Once you are in the management does not have even 2 minutes for your concern. HR does not take any responsibilty for any blunders happening to the employees in the company. They could be hiring at good packages, but later not worth it at all. Its a mental torcher even if you give your best all the time. Biasedness by the managers. What can I say more!
