Not a good culture and environment.teammates are supportive but only Indian nd management is not transparent.company not pay sellary on time.company policies are not good.only Chinese opinion is most important then Indian employee

Nothing is good here, Unskilled company, some of the people working here are illetrate, enough that they don't have sense of what is to be done, they are just useless, they are the reason of bad time of the company. If anybody leaves the company than there is no replacement, they are just promoting third party who do not know how to speak or write.....they use translator to write a message. Each and every employee is dissatisfied. The culture of the company is worst. Even it is more than worse that I could not explain in words .....Every time salery is delayed, people don't know the calculation, everytime there is mistake in the salery

I am not satisfied with the company norms, I am just working because I am in need of it.....Company is good but some of the people had created the company worse by lying to their heads

Good company for take short time experience for fresher.

Indian management is very brutal for workshop employees they treat like workshop employees are animals and work load is very high and responsibilities also but salary is very less on the comparison work load and experience of work.
