The opportunities you can get are of very good quality, but there is no structure no proper way of exexuting things Ceo are clueless about what and how to implement a particular process and ends up messing it.

No Career growth, No leaening growth, founders are clueless and have no clear vision of where to head next. Employees are a mixture of good and average talent at a same level, 5+ Year of working in industry and still no clarity about their servives and product. People working at high level are not effective to make appropriate decision.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of the team that markets reliable, and has a indian client base.
