Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.

1. On time Salary. 2. Day Shift(9:30-6:30) 3. Good office for freshman.

1. Poor Management. 2. No training, Most of the seniors are bootlickers 3. Sr. Management thinks money can bring anything. 4. No value for old employees. 5. No skill development/learning. 6. Management will do groupism, but if worker does then it will be a severe criminalism.

No work life balance no job security, Rs. 10000 you have to pay if you leave before 1 year nd they will never disclose that before joining. This is fraud. They will mention target 50k in your appointment letter nd will ask you to to 2lacs minimum. Tremendous mental pressure nd extremely rude behavior from senior.

Go growth for employees, in the name of apprisal they give chillar which is quite insulting for employees, talwa chatna to your boss is the only way to get promoted and keep your job secure, no appreciation for hardwork.

My teammates are always support me and company always give training for growth thats I feel my job is secure in company and I creer growth...I have appraisal and promoted this financial year... In this company I learner many skill for my creer growth and company give me great work environment, innovation idea ... As result I get to travel north India but on site travel is completely dependent on my project and client location ..and we work happily in collaboration..I also like the employee rehire policy here..and another plus point my colleagues come from various cultural back ground

Dislikes

Compensation us decent but growth is slow. I have to work 14-18 hour straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of time.
