Salary structure is very poor. General Manager of Payroll Dept. - Asit Roy, he is worst. His behavior is really very worst. I wish nobody joins his team or else that person will be the unluckiest one. Not at all supportive. Cannot see other's happiness. Appraisal is very poor like it's better to not have it. Even if someone tries to stay & learn things from there, Asit roy will force that person to leave the company. Tortures mentally. He's a bloody selfish.

Work culture is very good. Team member like family. Enjoy working there. Learning is very good.

Salary for beginners is very low. Provide bulk appraisal which is not going to create much difference in net take home.

1. Tremendous Politics 2. Toxic Co workers 3. No scope of skill development 4. They hide their salary policy at the time of joining. 5. They signed me up a bond without my acknowledgement. 6. Salary is too low.

All seniors and colleagues are good and supportive. Company pays salary to his employees on time

As there is no growth and salary scale also not appropriate for the current market. they use old Pf rule on basic only, although basic amount 30 to 35% total CTC.

Just salary on time and recruitment can be learnt.

1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
