Salary not come on time, every six to eight months management has been changed after that no one see the employee appraisal if company done appraisal to employee get only 2.5% , They don't have money for frontline staff they have money for upper leval staff she give a hefty For one month salary which is have hi change to every six to eight month. Vendors also not give stocks to company because company not given his payments

There is no management and seniors are only think about themselves no pf no medical no accidental cover they show gratuity on offer letter but not mentioned in salary slip . Company not provide sufficient stock to sell because of this no body can complete their commitment given to the customer . They presurised for sale . They abouse to employees

there is no growth in terms of professional and personal level, there you will not learn anything new, no training, no education and above all they keep you asking what work you do for company they don't have standards to judge your performance either
