There is work process. Management and higher manage both are immature. They are believing only how we can deduct employees salary. They are client is god and we should agree with clients demands what ever it wants.

... applicable gitpl policy like atom bomb. which you are not allowed to avoid. and cut your salary 15 days. because he has a sandwich policy. one more thing, if you are lucky if you are confirmed after one year. he gives you only one leave every month. example Jan 1 leave in your portal Feb month 2 leave reflecting in your portal so on...

It's a scam, they fool people and waste their time and come up with excuses so they don't have to pay for the work done.

Dislikes

It's a terrible and fake company that scams people into paying money to get their work done from a third party which is also their people, so you're always at a loss.
