Very Bad HR and Admin Team. Unethical and Unprofessional Behaviour of management. They will not consider you as s human. Employee is equal to slave. No career development. Company even doesn't give transportation from accomodation to office.

Each and every employee from sales, maintenance, official, field worker everyone has excellent behavior, very humble, very helpful, always be there for every employee of GENETCO, in my opinion this is the best company in Oman. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
